Governance Board announced for NRG Hampshire Hills
Charlotte, North Carolina (May 27, 2008) - The first annual meeting of NRG Hampshire Hills LLC was celebrated at the Marriott Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 7, 2008.
The meeting was attended by all investors in North Pointe Plaza, Neighborhood Revitalization Group’s first commercial development project in North Carolina. North Pointe Plaza is located in Charlotte’s Hampshire Hills neighborhood, home to one of the fastest-growing Hispanic communities in the city. Also present at the meeting were members of NRG’s executive team. The following individuals were elected to serve on NRG Hampshire Hills’ Board: Juan Eugenio Rodríguez, Michael Rosa and Pedro Zayas (Chairman).
James Sharples, president of NRG commented: “I’m very glad to have the opportunity to collaborate with Michael, Pedro and Juan Eugenio, as all three bring a wide array of professional skills combined with a hands-on management approach.
